I’m usually clients’ first point of contact, and I keep the development team on their toes by testing every new system within an inch of its life.
I’m also part of our call handling training service, analysing clinic-to-patient calls to improve conversion.
I have three main loves in my life, the first two being my son Arthur and partner Danny. The third is definitely my job. I love working for The Fresh – and when you love what you do, the rest falls into place.
If I’m not at my desk should you call at lunchtime, you’ll find me at the gym where I go most days to stay focused and sane.
